Response to No easy answers to stopping gun violence

This article is basically saying that people need to get a grip on reality. Video games don't cause killings, and closing down places where killings have taken place will only have the killers kill somewhere else. This is what I was looking for. I was looking for an article that says that Video games aren't the cause of the killing of people. But sadly this article didn't have a lot to stand on. It didn't have enough evidence to prove that. So this doesn't change my thinking, I still believe that video games and TV are the cause of killings, and violence in children. I am still going to look for moe articles that say that video games don't cause violence, or killings. I need more of the opposing views.

• "They have flight simulators to train pilots. What violent video games are are simulators for Colombine type massacres. What does it say about our society when we use such things as "entertainment"? The way you win is by "killing" the enemy. The more you kill, the higher your score, am I right?"

response to Lt. Col. David Grossman on violence part II.

This article was a "summary" of the speech that Lt. Col. David Grossman gave to a school on stopping the violence. It talks about how music, TV, and video games have an effect on behavior. This was a very great article and I am going to try to find the whole speech that Lt. Col. David Grossman gave, but I don't think it is likely that I will find it. This article reaffirms my believing that TV has a huge effect on children's behavior and that it has mostly a negative effect. What I am still amazed about is that if TV was never invented then there would be 10,00 less homicides world wide each year. That number is just huge! I find it amazing that TV can have such a big impact on humans. I have found many articles that say that TV and Video games are terrible for kids. But I need to find an article that says the opposite, so I can get the compare and the contrast.
